The course
LAPS PAST THE CROWD
The run course goes around the Rijkerswoerdse lakes and through the Park Lingezegen recreation area: largely traffic-free and anti-clockwise. Because it's a lapped course, you pass the crowd and the aid stations again and again.
The setting
THIS IS WHAT THE LAP LOOKS LIKE
The run course lies in Park Lingezegen: over little bridges, under the poplars and with the water in sight for almost the whole lap.
