HOW TO GET READY
In the spring of 2027 we're organising an official course recon. Especially valuable if you haven't raced here before. But every participant picks something up.
RIDE THE BIKE ROUTE
Feel the 45 km dike loop under your wheels: the corners, the road surface and the wind across the Betuwe dikes. That way you ride race day without surprises.
TRY THE SWIM WATER
Swim a lap with us in the Rijkerswoerdse lake. Get to know the loop before it really counts.
SEE THE TRANSITION AREA
Walk your route through: from the water to your bike, and from the bike to the run. A familiar transition puts your mind at rest.
