At every aid station

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO REFUEL

Our volunteers are ready at every station with the same full range of supplies. You won't miss out on anything. Take what you need and carry on.

WATER & ISOTONIC

Water and isotonic sports drink at every station. Take what you need.

CARBOHYDRATE GELS

Energy gels to top up your supplies along the way. Test your brand in training beforehand.

SOLID FOOD

On the run as well as the bike. Sometimes it's just good to chew on something.

TAKE IT, DRINK, ON YOU GO.

A gel in your hand, a word of encouragement from the volunteer, and you're off again. The station is your pit stop on the way to the finish.

HOW TO PLAN YOUR FUELLING

COACHING STATIONS

Two stations along the bike course, marked by beach flags. Your coach or supporters can hand you equipment and your own nutrition here. You'll find the exact locations on the website and in the participant guide.

LITTER? ONLY IN THE ZONE

You may carry your own nutrition on the bike and the run. Dispose of wrappers only in the waste zones at the aid stations, never on the course. Littering can lead to disqualification.

NO STATION IN THE WATER

There is no feeding during the swim. Make sure you've eaten and drunk well before the start, so you go into the water with a full tank.

KNOW YOUR COURSE

Four stations per lap on the run course around the Rijkerswoerdse lakes and Park Lingezegen. Know where they are and you can time your gels and sips exactly right.

FUEL YOUR AMBITION.

A smart fuelling strategy is what gets you to that finish. We take care of the stations, you take care of the rest.
